All rooms are en-suite and equipped with modern facilities: TV (M-Net, SABC 1,2 & 3, E-TV), telephone, modem point, hair dryer, tea/coffee tray, heater and fan. Rooms 4, 5 and 6 are equipped with air-conditioning (cooling and heating). A same day laundry service is available.

• The above quoted rates are per person per night (breakfast inclusive).
• Breakfast includes a self-help buffet [cereals, fresh & stewed fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, variety of cheeses,
• spreads etc] plus a full English [which guests may order].
• Children are accepted on condition that they are well behaved and not a nuisance to other guests. Babies are accepted
• (provided the booking is made in our garden suite – which is separate from the main house.)
• To confirm a booking: Credit card details or bank transfer, or full payment in advance prior to arrival date.
• A late cancellation fee is applicable.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
